Its working fine at my site. You can add following css lines to fix that issue.

body .woocommerce-message:before,  
body .woocommerce-message:after,  
body .woocommerce-error:before,  
body .woocommerce-error:after,  
body .woocommerce-info:before,  
body .woocommerce-info:after {  
    -moz-box-sizing:content-box;  
    -webkit-box-sizing:content-box;  
    box-sizing:content-box;  
}
