The constant you are using is to change the title of rtMedia navigation tab Album.
There is not any constant available to change the default album - Wall Posts.
However, we have an add-on available which allows create and modify multiple default albums for rtMedia uploads. It is having admin settings using which you can easily update existing default album names.
