How to disable comments in email

I'm using a plugin which sends an email. Nhinx-helper is adding it's comments to the email e.g. <!--Cached using Nginx-Helper on ...

How do I disable it for these emails?

In WordPress Dashboard >> Settings >> Nginx-Helper, look for Enable Nginx Timestamp in HTML timestamp.

Turn it OFF.
