Problem with the Media site in profile

Hello, i have installed the free rt media Plugin, but if i navigate to the profilepage and then to the media page, there i can only see this errror. how can i fix this ? (same in Grouppages)

Could you please once check if you are facing this issue when you switch to any default theme of WordPress? This will help us to debug the cause.
