please i have installed ,activated and added the license key for the rt media transcoder in my wordpress website. my website is the type that allows front-end posting and when a front end person posts it doesnt show in the files that could be transcoded and also even with the dashboard uploaded audio files they dont transcode and when i try to retranscode i get this message ‘’ failed to sent. The error message was: The media is already being transcoded’’…i seriously need help with this issue…@pranalipatel and others please help me, thanks…my URL is https://communityear.net
