Could you please once confirm if you are using the latest rtMedia plugin? Kindly, provide the debug info log on your website. You can find it under rtMedia Settings -> Supports tab.

Yes i am using
rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress by rtCamp version 4.3.2,
