Hi, i have rtmedia 4.2, when upload image from pc all work ok, but in mobile device image dont show in activity, create a blank activity post. Any help please?

Problem is from big files i put 16mb to post_max_size to 16MB and upload_max_filesize to 20MB, but problem is not solved

Hello @Webmaster_Topqueens,

Could you please specify the file type and size you are trying to upload and the mobile device you are using to upload media? We will try to regenerate the issue at our end as well.

Additionally, please once try to debug the issue by activating any WordPress default theme and deactivating other plugins on your website to avoid any conflicts.

Hi Pranalipatel, some questions:

  • I set default theme “twenty sixteen” and error is not solved
  • I want to upload image made from my S4, jpg image and get blank activity with no image
  • I test to upload image from my mobile gallery, and get same error
  • php is well paremeters are high
  • I test with crop and no crop config Thank you

We have checked with the mobile device on our end but couldn’t regenerate the issue.

Could you please check if you are facing this same issue with any other mobile device?

Also, specify your debug info here. Have you checked your execution time limit?

Hi pranalipatel, From Iphone works well, its a mobile device problem, from my Samsung S4 cant upload any big picture. Another question, when push button i see very rare icons from my mobile, i see Documents icon instead Gallery… etc
