Should i use w3tc Page cache while using Fast cgi

Hi is there a need to activate page cache while using fast cgi cache i think no but I’m new so im asking

While using memcache it doesn’t update instantly what setting i should use in w3c so changes show instantly

According to the answer to this Question / Ticket, the answer is NO.

But @rtCamp @rahul286 recommends.

And Fastcgi itself installs the W3TC plugin through Easyengine.

So who’s right?

Can anyone explain in detail?

Well Fast cgi cache page and store it in memory so You can Skip Page cache option in W3TC and You can use W3TC for Object and Database cache Which will help Logged in user and also decrease page generation time
