Our website is already live so we have to be carefull disabling plugins, but when you upload a video it just disappears. It will upload but then it says “Oops !! There’s no media found for the request !!”
We also bought and installed the upload through url plugin.
Please help!
The problem is (almost) solved. We manually deactivated all plugins and the conflict was with jetpack. Could you solve that because the jetpack plugin is quite useful?
After deactivating Jetpack and reactivating it, the video upload is working fine as well, but as soon as you make the link to your Jetpack profile the problem returns. So there is a conflict with Jetpak. Can you solve that?
